Payment

• Online payment by credit card - you can pay for your order with a credit or debit card immediately upon checkout. Payment receipt is automatically processed and usually takes no more than 5 minutes. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
• Paypal - pay through your PayPal account.
• Bank transfer - after placing your order, you receive the necessary bank details and pay for your purchase by bank transfer, for example, through your online banking. Please note: with this payment method, your order will only begin processing once the funds have reached your account (processing time may increase by 2-3 days).
• You can also pay with our electronic gift card, which can be purchased using this link.

All payment transactions are encrypted and completely secure.

Returning Your Product

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Only items purchased at full price are eligible for return. Products sold on sale, during a clearance sale, or at a discount will not be accepted for return.

According to Section 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for the safety and quality of the product during the period of return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product has been used, is damaged, is not complete, has lost its original appearance (visible scratches, dented corners, and similar defects), or if the product was not sufficiently hermetically sealed upon return (book corners are not protected, or the cover is not protected from scratches and bends), resulting in damage to the product.

When returning an item, you must present (or include in the parcel) a completed return form. Returns are processed through your local post office or international courier service. Returns are not accepted through our stores. Returns are not refundable for shipping costs.

• Please download, print, and complete the return form.
• Pack the item so that it does not deform: in sealed, sturdy packaging, with corners securely protected and the cover unbent and scratched.
• Attach the completed return form to the parcel and send it to the following address: SIA Kniga lv, Lastādijas iela 16-12, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.
