After the doctor diagnosed the author with anxiety-depressive disorder and wrote a prescription, she began taking antidepressants and gradually came to her senses enough to begin to figure out how to live on and how to support herself.
Today, personal experience, a sincere interest in the topic, and a desire to share your own developments can be much more useful than academic manuals with an abundance of medical terms, which an unprepared person, especially one suffering from decreased concentration and increased fatigue due to depression, simply cannot figure out on their own.
The author's idea is to encourage you to listen to your inner voice, trust it, and, based on the proposed techniques, come up with and implement your own. Choose something that you like. And then come up with your own methods and you will be your own antidepressant!
