The book is based on an uncomplicated method of color-typing of human characters. Swedish psychologist Thomas Erikson divides all people into four types: red, yellow, green, blue - and very fascinatingly, on recognizable examples describes the logic of behavior, temperament, value system of representatives of each type. It would seem that nothing new. Such an approach has been used by psychologists for decades. But Thomas Erikson managed to come up with such a convenient system of working with known tools that today the book "There are only idiots around" lies on so many every Swedish manager, teacher and journalist.
