This is a complete collection of hunting stories of the famous hunter, journalist, writer, editor-in-chief of the magazine "Hunting" Valery Kuzenkov. The book is based on diary entries, on impressions from meetings with interesting people: gamekeepers, poachers, hunters, fishermen, hunting guides and, of course, with ordinary residents of Russian cities, towns and villages. Readers are waiting for true stories about fights with ferocious predators, about meetings with wolves and bears, about a duel with a giant taimen, about unpredictable trips for forest berries and much more. V. Kuzenkov was born in 1961 in the city of Losino-Petrovsky, Moscow region. He was "sick" with hunting since childhood. After graduating from school, he entered the Kirov Agricultural Institute, Department of Hunting Science. Upon graduation from the Institute in 1984, he worked as a senior state hunting inspector in the RSFSR Glavohota. Honored worker of the hunting economy of the Russian Federation, honorary member of the Military Hunting Society and the Moscow Regional Society of Hunters and Fishermen. In 2008 graduated from the Gorky Literary Institute. A.M. Gorky Literary Institute.
