If I could, I would give more than five stars, because I have been buying books from Polaris for five years now, and I never cease to be amazed by the service! Every order feels like a holiday! I have asked more than once about books that I could not find in the assortment, and the feedback did not make me wait, and the staff are exceptionally attentive, polite, friendly people; talking to them is like drinking the sun! :) The parcels are always meticulously packed, so the books always arrive in perfect condition, and they also delight with surprises in the form of bookmarks and postcards!

I love and adore this book shop! I was and have been able to buy books I've been wanting for years but have been unable to due to the sanctions on Russia. My first order was so well packed that it took an effort to get into them, lol. Plus the shop included some wonderful goodies. And lastly, I received my books incredibly fast, going to the USA, and got to me in four days. I just placed my second order two days ago and am looking forward to receiving it. I will definitely buy more in the future, thank you.

Just received my first order, and I am in a very pleasant shock! Firstly, even at the ordering stage I was amazed by the variety and availability of completely different books. My order to England was delivered in less than two weeks. And now I have unpacked the books, and it was very nice to see with what care to maintain quality they were packed! Today I received my order. I am so happy!!! The books arrived quickly. Well packed. The box contained nice gifts in the form of magnetic bookmarks and a positive postcard. It was a custom order. I ordered the latest books by Yulia Zhukova and Irina Kotova. I am just jumping for joy....because in the 4th volume of the Limited Edition of Zhukova there was her real signature....it is just a miracle. This is the real signature of the author. I knew that she was at the publishing house a few weeks ago and signed books and I ended up with one copy. I am so happy. Thank you very much to the employees of your store. You made my day today.
