Good evening! Extremely dissatisfied with your work. ordered books paid in the action hoping for timely receipt. as 1 book of the order in 1 copy. Called November 16 to clarify the term offered to pick up in the store. But I was assured that until 25 will receive the order asked to call back 21. Called 21 said that they will send to the delivery man. But decided to clarify 23 and it turned out that the order is not yet complete. This is how to understand.I ordered as a gift for my daughter's birthday with time to spare. You let me down very much I hope for a timely refund "yes

Great online store! I consistently order large batches of books several times a year. Everything is always very well packaged, delivery is fast (Norway), and for purchases over 50 euros and free, communication with support is excellent. Several times I used the option "looking for a book\", they found and delivered without problems, with a normal price. I am very glad that Latvia has such a professional and customer-oriented service. For me books in Russian are the only way to maintain the language, so I will order more and more with confidence.
